These terms govern your use of the draftply application and this website.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using draftply you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use draftply on devices you own or control, for the app's intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app except as permitted by mandatory law or the applicable app store terms.
3. draftply Pro (in-app purchase)
draftply offers free features and an optional one-time "draftply Pro" purchase that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed and billed by the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Refunds, billing, and cancellations are governed by that store's policies — please contact the store provider for purchase issues. Feature scope and price may change for future versions; an existing valid purchase remains valid for the version it unlocked.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you create with the app and for using it in compliance with applicable law. Do not use draftply for unlawful purposes.
5. No warranty
draftply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Calculations, unit conversions, and results are provided for convenience and without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose — verify results before relying on them for important decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss, arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or under product-liability law) remains unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its name, design, and content (excluding the documents you create) are protected by copyright and remain the property of the provider.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
